****2020 UPDATE RELATED TO COVID-19:
As you all know, COVID-19 has put a halt to all of our in-person events and has turned our world upside down, making it almost impossible to raise funds.
And sadly this means that we have had to cancel the biggest festival of the year. This has been a difficult decision, but in speaking with the fairgrounds director, county and township officials, we all agree that the safety of the public is of utmost importance, and we would never want to put anyone at risk!
This cancellation is obviously devastating to us, so we are in particular need of funds!
BUT Here’s the GREAT NEWS
We are already working on ways we can ALL still be a part of “Gone to the Dogs” this year! We will still have our super famous ALUMNI STRUT and pet contests... just virtually this year.
This means everyone can participate - even the shy dogs who couldn’t come out to our event in the past!
We are working on a virtual walk / run that everyone will be able to participate in right around their homes...
**We will also be reaching out to our annual vendors and brainstorming ideas to hopefully be able to incorporate and help them as well!**
AND... We have just received our permit for off-premise 50/50
****Remember our last year’s 50/50 reached over $16,000!!!!!****
So let’s get this party started!!! Tickets are just $5.00 each and we expect the grand prize to be ENORMOUS!
Drawing will still be Saturday October 3rd at 3:30pm. We will GO LIVE for the drawing and post publicly so no one will miss it!
