Warning: this tiny girl’s horribly neglected condition is hard to look at…

This poor sweet girl.

She has been neglected for a long time. Body score of 1. One! That is literally just skin and bones.😢

And I have never seen so many mammary masses, and so large for such a small dog.

Untreated diabetes which we now have started getting under control. We will probably need to adjust her insulin as she gains some healthy weight.

She is also BLIND from cataracts (caused by the unmanaged diabetes).

All of this suffering could have been prevented!

Her former person took her to the PSPCA where she was told of these medical issues, and then they left her at ACCT, a high intake city shelter.💔

My heart is breaking.
